Guggenheim Enhanced Short Duration Bond is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks maximum current income, consistent with preservation of capital and daily liquidity. The Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in fixed income securities utilizing a low duration strategy to seek to outperform the Barclays 1-3 Month U.S. Treasury Bill Index.
