Guggenheim S&P High Income Infrastructure is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of the S&P High Income Infrastructure Index (the “Index”). The Index is designed to measure and monitor the performance of 50 high yieldingglobal equity securities of companies that engage in various infrastructure-related sub-industries.
